Codescape MIPS SDK
The Codescape MIPS software development toolkit provides tools and libraries for developing and debugging software for Imagination Technologies’ MIPS processors.
The software development toolkits provide everything needed for software development and code optimisation in a convenient package. On top of the core package, we offer additional components providing higher functionality and optimisations.
Codescape MIPS SDK
A freely available SDK based on the GCC toolchain and other open components. This includes the essentials needed to develop software for MIPS processors.
GNU Linux and ‘bare metal’ embedded GCC-based toolchains.
Prebuilt libraries for common architectures.
GDB debugger allows you to see what is going on inside another program.
QEMU simulator. A free hypervisor performing hardware virtualization.
Community support is offered through the MIPS Insider forums.
Codescape MIPS proSDK
A comprehensive range of products including Imagination Technologies’ world-class software debugging and optimisation tools, debug and trace probes, and much more.
Codescape Debugger – fast, fully-featured graphical debug environment.
Codescape Console – command line interface for Codescape EJTAG probes.
MEOS – Imagination Technologies’ embedded RTOS.
EJTAG debug probes – Firmware and support.
Support on commercial tools is available on a contractual basis.
Supported Host Operating Systems
All SDK packages are available for, and tested on Windows 64-bit, Linux 32-bit and Linux 64-bit operating systems. The following host platforms are recommended and supported.
