Are there any resources around that talk about blend shapes and pods? Anyone have any experience exporting blend shape animation into PODs? It’s not currently supported by the POD format, correct?
I would also like to know. Or how about, does anyone have experience doing ANY animations that are not bone animations (i.e., using cluster deformers …)?shall72011-09-19 22:54:08
Well, blend shapes are just variations of the same mesh so all you need is a pod file with a collection of “mesh frames” and you can blend it yourself in anyway you want.
