I was trying to compile the sdk demos on a 64bit linux pc machine. To get rid of the void* cast you must add some -m32 flags.
To SDKPackage/Demos/Shaders/OGLES2/Build/LinuxGeneric/Makefile :CFLAGS+= -m32
Add the -m32 flag in SDKPackage/Builds/OGLES2/LinuxGeneric/make_demo.makLINKCOMMAND = $(CPP) -m32 -o $(OBJPATH)/$(OUTNAME) $(OBJECTS) $(LINK) $(PLAT_LINK)
