It is very strange what happen with the FBX file you have attached. I will need to have a look to see what is the problem. Other FBX files can export animations without problems. As a temporal work-around you can load the FBX in Blender and to export it using our plug-in for Blender. This exports the animation correctly. As soon as I have a fix I will update you.
I have fixed this issue and PVRGeoPOD now exports the correct number of frames. Sadly this fix did not make into our pending 2017 R1 public release but I should be able to make available to you if you want it.
