    Hi everybody:
    I try to run example on my platform. The command is like this
    [root@DDD 01_HelloAPI]# ./OGLES2HelloAPI -posx=10 -posy=10 -width=100 -height=100

    But I got an error.

    Error: eglInitialize() failed.

    How to slove the problem?

    My driver information was bellow.

    # cat /proc/pvr/version
    Version blaze_android_sgx_ogles1_ogles2_GPL sgxddk 18 1.8@793010 (debug) smdkc110_android
    System Version String: None

    Hi,

    On Android devices, you should use the Android binaries in our SDK (APK files). Is it possible that you’re currently trying to run Linux binaries on your Android target?

    I’m using a linux system.
    my kernel version is 3.0.87.
    CPU type : S5PV210
    GPU:SGX540

    I’ve try to build qt4.8 & qt4.7 with opengl support,but it don’t work too.
    Command and message were below.

    Hi,

    The driver string you’ve posted contains “blaze_android”. This is why I thought you were running Android. You may have mistakenly put Android drivers on your target instead of Linux ones. Should should be able to get a Linux driver package from TI.

    Hi,

    Sorry for not replying sooner. Did you manage to solve the problem? Are you able to run any OpenGL ES applications on the target?

    It may be the case that the graphics driver services need to be started manually.TI will be able to provide instructions to do this.

    Hi everybody:
    I try to run example on my platform. The command is like this

    But I got an error.

    Error: eglInitialize() failed.

    How to slove the problem?

    My driver information was bellow.

    Hi Casanova,

    The PVR2D library doesn’t seem to be on your target. You should discuss the issue with the Qt team to see if this dependency can be disabled. As the PVR2D library may not be available on all PowerVR Linux platforms, Qt should implement OpenGL ES and/or CPU fall backs.
