    Hi,

I wanted to know if I could get any information regarding any attempt to support linux for the Samsung Artik 1 hardware https://www.artik.io/hardware/artik-1.

Can you guide me in the right direction.

    Regards

That chip seems to be a microAptiv with an MMU, so it should be possible to run Linux on there.

The configuration will be similar to a pic32MZ so you could adapt a pic32mz build for the artik 1. However the hard part might be getting the chip to boot and load Linux.

Thanks alastair, I was thinking along the same lines. But I was unable to find a yocto/buildroot configuration for PIC32MZ. The only port that I came across was of LiteBSD to PIC32MZ: https://github.com/sergev/LiteBSD

If I could get a yocto/buildroot config for PIC32MZ, I think I can work with that.

    Thanks
