Making skinning animation from Maya

    Hi everyone,

    My friend and I are trying to make a model with skinning animation, similar to the ChameleonMan example. However, after POD export we got the following result viewed in PVRShaman. The bones seem to be animating, however, the skins do not.

    I’ve uploaded the original Maya file and the exported pod, can anyone please take a look? thanks!

    Bone Index should be chose as unsigned byte. and I don’t use Fixed point.
