At first I thought my Ci20 was not working. Booting from the NAND image I received no image on the monitor. However, I noticed the ethernet port was active. I re-flashed the NAND with the debian7_2015_02_02.img file that I wrote to an SD card. I still got no image on the monitor. I plugged the Ci20 into my TV and got an image that needed overscan adjustment.

What can I do to get the Ci20 to output a lower resolution that will display on my monitor?

    Hi David,

The overscan adjustment should be possible using the tv remote and tweaking the aspect ratio / zoom settings.

As far as the resolution is concerned.

At this point, the resolution is fixed in the kernel 3.0.8 (default) at 1920x1080x60.

Changing it requires kernel recompilation which can be done [1]

We are working on better driver support and upgrading the kernel to version 3.18.
