The best option is to contact the team responsible for the drivers on your target device to see if a WinCE port already exists. If this doesn’t help, the next option is to do your own port based on the Linux implementation.
If you have a DDK licence with Imagination we should be able to help you with this work. If you don’t have a DDK licence I can put you in contact with a department that can give you a price for this, but generally the cost is only viable for creating release drivers on a platform rather than for bringing up an application.
