As a software guy, I’m not very familiar with the workings of FPGAs and unless a POWERVR core is represented on the FPGA it’s difficult for us to support it. If this is the case then I don’t believe discussion in relation to this should be on this forum.
There are implementations of OpenGL ES 1.1 and 2.0 that use a software solution and do not use dedicated GPU circuitry, but some implementation, whether hardware or software must be present.
