Power board with USB

    Hi is it possible to power the ci20 board via a USB hub? Or would there be insufficient power

    Hi,

    Welcome to the forum.

    It depends on the usb hub, the attached peripherals and the software running on the Ci20.

    Some powered USB hubs can supply 1A current. Those would be fine.
    Some USB hubs cut-off power if it crosses 500mA threshold.

    If there are extra peripherals connected to the board, they draw power. If you are running GPU + WiFi + ethernet etc. They are add to the total power usage.
