Problem with PVRGeoPOD

    Hi,

    When exporting from 3d Max 9 with the following options:

    Export geometry

    Export splines

    Export Materials

    Coordinate system: OpenGL

    Normals

    Vertex colours

    Mapping channels

        Flip V (TexCoord)

    Interleave vectors

    Primitive type: Triangle list

        Indexed

    Colour: float

    doesn’t export vertex colors correctly. The red color is 0. Has anyone else noticed that?

    Hello again,
    There’s another error. When exporting models with undersocre in their node names they became the same name but without undersocre. It’s different if you use collada2pod. Is there a new version or something I can use?

    I haven’t been able to reproduce that here using Max 7,8 and 2008 (I currently don’t have a copy of 9). Does the same thing happen if you use ARGB?

    This was also recently pointed out by another forum user (https://www.imgtec.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=519) and an update is available from https://www.imgtec.com/powervr/insider/powervr-pvrgeopod.asp.

    Yes.I also check it…Still same problem in newer version of pvrgeopod.That means the colors vertex not exported even as ARGB in 3d studio max 9. when I draw the object(export from 3d studio max) in phone screen, object draw as a white color not the same color which drawn in max…

     

    can anyone fix this?
